Jack has over 38 years’ experience in the packaging industry. He joined Berkeley Contract Packaging in 2002, specifically to develop the concept of an embedded
packaging facility with a Fortune 5 customer. This facility has been in continuous operation for more than 10 years. The success of this initial facility led to the opening of a second embedded operation in 2009.
Jack was promoted to COO in 2012 and then again to President in 2014, with responsibility for the entire Berkeley organization.
Prior to joining Berkeley, he spent 21 years with L’Oreal, the first 7 as Planning/Logistics Manager and the last 14 as Director of Manufacturing.
Don has been in the contract packaging industry for over 26 years and has solid experience in all facets of primary and secondary packaging.
He has interfaced with most industries including Cosmetics, HBA, Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Household, Confectionary, Electronics, etc.
His previous experience includes 13 years of customer service management, 5 years of which he served as Director of Customer Relations for Revlon. He has held several other management positions in both Sales and Marketing.
Don has earned an MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University and a BBA in Business/Marketing from Bernard M. Baruch College, which is part of the City University of New York. He is recognized as a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) by the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP) and is commissioned as a Notary Public by the State of New Jersey.
Theresa’s experience includes over 30 years in the packaging industry, the last 10 being specifically in contract packaging. She has interfaced with companies large and small, domestic and international.
Prior to joining Berkeley, most of Theresa’s expertise was in cosmetic packaging components and this has dramatically added to her value, especially when dealing with major cosmetic companies.
During the course of her packaging career, she has worked for several companies at different levels of sales and sales management.
Theresa graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn College, which is part of the City University of New York. She is proud to claim a double major in Psychology and Economics.
Ed has over thirty years of pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging experience. He is a results oriented leader with a record of improving line performance, instituting innovative procedures and consistently meeting regulatory compliance. Ed has exhibited the ability to successfully thrive in a fast paced, demanding and fluid environment. He also has an exceptional ability to come with up creative solutions to design and engineering challenges.
Paul has been with BCP for over 20 years. He is an original employee of the company, and through hard work and dedication, has risen through positions of increasing responsibility to become Plant Manager of our Kenilworth facility. Paul is a production professional who thrives on providing creative solutions for customers who are under significant time pressure. Quality, efficiency, productivity, schedule achievement, safety, and a clean work environment are hallmarks of Paul’s operation.
